Metal Fiber Burner

Eratec masters the design, the manufacture and the functionality of gas IR emitters on Metal Fiber Burners. Our assembly is made of a metal fiber burner head and an air/gas premix engine system. The air/gas mixture burns on the surface of a permeable mat Bekinit ® 200 S. This permeable mat consists of metal wire converted into flexible and knitted structure.
The metal wires are made out of Fecralloy® (a refractory steel with a high temperature corrosion resistance.

BURNER CHARACTERISTICS
