Metal Fiber Burner

Eratec designs, manufactures and sells metal fiber gas burners. The Eratec metal fiber burner is a burner head emitter made of refractory stainless steel structure with a radiating surface of Bekinit® knitted metal fiber. The emitter burner head is equipped with an air/gas premix system along its electronic controls.

BURNER CHARACTERISTICS

A gas/air mixture burns on the surface of the permeable metal fibre structure, the Bekinit® a knitted textile structure. The very thin fibres are made of the high temperature corrosion resistant alloy Fecralloy® . The metal fibre burner is composed of the burner head and the gas/air premix system with electronic controls.
